Waaltech is a specialized installation company that works for large and medium-sized contractors in the utility construction sector. Previously, this meant: manually going through STABU specifications, sifting through relevant parts, and creating separate Excel sheets to structure everything.
Since the introduction of Specscan, it works completely differently. They now receive structured work packages with exact volumes and descriptions, allowing the sales team to know exactly what it's about. The response time has been halved, and the quality of the quotes has increased. Everything happens within a single platform — including discussions with the contractor via the chat function.
